Rightfully was my introduction to Mili’s music, I am DELIGHTED to see they worked on another opening for Goblin Slayer and this song is such an amazing experience, I think they did even better this time

This song is perfect bcuz it captures the plot of Goblin Slayer literally perfectly. Goblin Slayer's world is a boardgame to the Gods and Goblin Slayer refuses to let the Gods roll the dice thus controlling his fate which is where "I shall win your one sided game" comes from..."my pain does not exist to entertain" and in the end "we refuse to be entertainment" this gives me flashbacks to season 1 episode 7 wen Goblin Slayer's party nearly died in Watertown but Goblin Slayer refused to die and rose up to finish the Goblin Champion. This is why the Gods are fascinated by him bcuz they don't know his fate. Imagine playing a video game and this character is supposed to die but just keeps getting back up bcuz they refuse to suffer for your entertainment...Goblin Slayer is peak fiction and I'll debate this

For people who don’t know, this anime is basically a dnd anime- but you would never know it just by watching it. The main character is literally an npc who is “supposed” to be unimportant. But he has the ability to mess with fate, the “gods” (the dnd players) and does what he wants instead being too angry to die.
