The gretch has a tiny bit more bottom end but damn if they dont sound pretty close. Id probably choose the gretch if i was blindfolded but i love the look of the ibanez.

The ibanez one sounds lofi and jazz kindaa while the falcon has a sharper and cowboish sound .. welll both are great 😍and i dont even have one🤤🥲😭 .
