How do you approach the work of increasing equity and inclusion in your workplace and communities?
As my friend, Mark Meadows, once shared with me, “all perspectives are valid and partial,” meaning that Kevin and I want to acknowledge that our views are partial. Additionally, my perspectives come from a position of privilege which I did not earn and are reflective of where I am at in my journey of unlearning and relearning.
