If you char the ends of log or wood you put in the ground, it stops termites, and other things that eat away at wood, just good to do for something long term❤️❤️🔥, love what you do, thanks 💯🤘🔥❤️🧬🎸

He didn't burn the bottom of the pillars to prevent wood rot or insect problems. That foundation won't last long.

...Great video, and very creative carpenter...Only one thing I would correct! I don't care how solid the ground is, I would make sure this would not sag from all that work & weight by simply pouring concrete under at least the 2-corner post...Why gamble on a sag after only 1 year?...AND ! sort of comical seeing him squaring his building lines with a framing square... ...Builder, Old Naples Florida🌴 Happy Holidays everyone 🦃🌲
