I use these videos to lesson plan (things my students will study) 😊. Thank you for your hard work! For studiers, late nights call for lots of cold water. It wakes you up just as much as coffee and doesn't give you the "crash." Also remember to get up and walk around and exercise your eyes by looking as far away as you can for 2 seconds then back to something close to you (like your computer camera) and repeat back and forth a few times.

It's 7 pm and I have a 10 page essay, a presentation on the essay, and the final reflection all due at midnight. I also have a psychology final tomorrow so I'm gonna study that too. Wish me luck! Btw this is my first video from this channel and 2 minutes in and I already love it. Edit: came back to say I got all perfect and near perfect scores for my assignments!!

26:37 I also like the combo of calm music like piano or lofi paired with rain or campfire sounds. I typically like the ambiance to be louder than the music when they are paired. I really like your study sessions! I think they are perfect for me and they keep me focused, so thanks for making them!

Loved this one..but I didn't make it all the way through..My toddler woke up and needed me for more than the 5 minute breaks, and my newborn eventually the same..I'll share this video with my class mates tho..
