 The thing that we had to do very early on is design our prospect database in a way that will be accessible to both marketing and to SDRs, which is really a tricky thing because SDRs need a lot more information than marketing do. What you have to do there is get the idea of your ICP and make sure that each of those components based on which you're targeting companies is tagged somewhere on the record so that your SDRs can then filter down the database and go from a list of 500 accounts that have been assigned to them in the distribution, or that they've aggregated. That they can filter them down and down and down until they get to a list of 10 that they absolutely have to go after. So that database enrichment, making sure we're thinking ahead about what the SDR needs will be and making sure that we're able to prioritize things for them so that they're not spending time researching is completely invaluable.
