In this video, I will show you how to create a binary up down counter using only the Raspberry Pi Pico PIO state machine. We will monitor two buttons using the Raspberry Pi Pico PIO State Machines. If the left button is pressed, the count increments, if the right button we decrement the counter . The count will be displayed in real time on the LED. The assignment was to do this all in the state machine, with no put or get on the python side. Enjoy!
