Memory of Chaos: Breath of the Othershore
MOC Turbulence: All allies' Skill Lv. +3 and Memosprite Skill Lv. +2. After any character uses their Skill or Memosprite Skill, 1 random attacked target gains 1 random Weakness they did not already possess.

At the beginning of each Cycle, "Memory Turbulence" deals True DMG to all enemy targets 1 time. If a target has 3 or more Weaknesses, deals 1 additional instance of True DMG for each additional Weakness.
