Ray starts out by telling us about the pleasant but odd encounter he had with Chris Benoit at a WWE Smackdown event just two weeks before the Benoit family met their tragic demise.

He then recalls his first ever match and the valuable lesson he learned in his early career before going on to talk about some of the veterans that may have tried to take advantage of him in the ring.

The video concludes with Ray talking about working with Butch Reed early on and why he appreciates Reed as a wrestler and person.
