Queen Elizabeth II will be buried at Windsor Castle; more precisely, St. George’s Chapel. After the burial, tourists will be able to visit and pay their respects (right now, it's closed for funeral arrangements). Visitors can also go to Westminster Abbey, where the state funeral will take place.
