CID gets a letter in the bureau from an unknown source. the sender challenges the cops to stop him from committing a murder which he's going to commit shortly. and along with the letter he has also sent an anagram ( secret code) which the cops need to break to get a clue about the killing!.. now the cops take hours to break the anagram and they rush to the target person's house but he's found dead!... now the cops decipher clues from the crime scene as they go after the killer.. however, it turns out to be a red herring and the cops get the second letter with another anagram!... as the cops realize that they are dealing with a serial killer and they must race against time to stop him or else their would be many more killings
