Why is Prime Video so hard to use? There are several reasons but a big one is because it's a hub for paid movies, free movies and movies with Ads. Prime Video makes this more frustrating by not clearly separating these titles or even labeling them in a way that's easy to understand. They also have an outright terrible user interface with cumbersome controls and a menu with helpful features that are nearly impossible to find. Hopefully this episode helps you find good movies to watch on Prime quicker than ever. If we're lucky, maybe Prime will even make some of the much needed improvements listed in this video. I'll be back soon with more Prime Video recommendations.
